Welcome to my blog and holistic healing business.
In 2019, I started a blog and it has now expanded into a blog and a holistic healing and reiki healing business. PLH stands for Peace, Love & Happiness. PLH is what I hope all my readers and reiki clients will feel when they come to see me. Finding inner peace, love and happiness has also been a big part of my personal self-discovery while going through my battle with generalized anxiety and extreme depression.
Thanks for being here. This is not your average blog. This is a place where you will learn about my passions and all the things that make me happy! You can also book in for reiki sessions; personalized yoga classes or book in for tarot, oracle card and dream readings.
Some topics may seem to be a little taboo in Saskatchewan, but in my opinion, I think that we should talk about them. It’s not good to hold things in, and there will always be positive & negative things that happen in our lives. It’s what we learn from them that matters. Right?
You're going to find that there is a wide range of topics here. As my friends say, I’m not exactly your average gal haha. I am a free spirit and I am completely ok with that.
